One final reminder.....tomorrow, Oct 18 is a half day for students. We release children at 11:30. Our staff will be spending the afternoon learning how trauma is impacting our children, and strategies to implement in the classroom. This is a top priority for MCC; providing the best education possible for ALL our children.

Fantastic!
I’m thrilled about next week’s anti-bully assembly.....”Not In Our School.” We teach strategies to face bullying head on in an empowering way. The story I penned “The Moment Time Stood Still,” which supports this project, arrived just in time today! I can’t wait to provide a copy for every third grade family at Upper Elementary, and look forward to reading it to our entire community in March! Together we will!
